Description

The ASSET – Audience Segmentation System in European Theatres project, supported by the Creative Europe program of the European Union, has published a book The Audience In Centre Stage, describing its process and results.

In it, you will learn details about audiences in five European Union countries and get information on how to better work with and segment your audience.

The main objective of the ASSET project, which ran from 2019 to 2021 and involved a large part of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (project leader) and the Institute of Arts – Theatre Institute (IDU), was to develop and test means by which European theatres can learn more about their audiences and use this knowledge to diversify and deepen their relationship with their audiences and to develop their artistic programming and marketing using events that work with audiences, such as European Theatre Night.
